No respect for the disabled

<p>I would like to lodge a complaint against the management and staff of McDonalds Rock n Roll (Sandton). This complaint pertains to the non-existent policing of the handicapped/disabled parking bays. Too many occassions when I arrive, when I leave or whilst I am eating at the restaurant, do I see able bodied individuals parking their cars in the handicapped/disabled parking bays. I have even questioned the staff and manager on dutiy a number of times to which their response is either "What must we do" or "I don't know what to do". I think that this is unacceptable and shows no respect to those people who are handicapped or have a disability. The worst part is I don't think that this is the only restaurant which has this problem. It is quite sad that your staff and management are not prepared to challenge those individuals who decide it is more convenient to park in the disabled parking bay rather than walking a futher 10-20 steps to order their meal.</p>
