No respect

Monday the 24th of August my fiance and I decided to get ourselves the McFeast Spicy burger. we got served very quickly and all seemed well we sat in store and saw that they gave us the wrong burgers it was fine I went back and told the cashier to give us what we ordered she communicated with the kitchen and out came two new burgers I went back to my table when I took the first bite I noticed that I couldn't taste the spicy sauce I opened the burger and found three onions and a drop of sauce in the middle and there was no garnish on my fiance's burger and the patties was slightly burnt. I confronted the manager this time asking if they ran out of sauce or what the problem is we got no response and the burgers just got passed around the other staff and he then only came to us wanting to prepare another two burgers. at that time we were to disappointed to eat since all our other food was cold. We requested a refund and only got refunded on the burgers and not the fries that got cold while waiting for them. I Always loved that branch but they weren't even busy. I think that you show little respect for you job if you serve food like that. Extremely disappointed.
