No positive response

<p>Called the delivery service. Waiting in the queue for 10 minutes to Placed my order and the agent advise they not able to deliver due to system.problem. I asked how long has this problem.occur. she advise more the 48 hours. So you telling me you don't have a back up plan for customers??? Yet I was waiting on line wasting my airtime spoke to the manage Tshepo maimane and he advise there is nothing we can do. My point is you know your system is down for more the 48 hours. There so many mcds why couldn't you have a back up plan or advertise no delivery can be done on Mitchell's plain. Spending so much time and airtime and getting a negative response. No positive firstresponse was used by management neither the agent. Your service sucks.......</p>
