NO PEOPLE SKILLS AND NO WAY OF TALKING TO CUSTOMERS. I AM DISGUSTED IN MCDONALD'S PROMENADE

My family and I went to McDonalds Promenades drive threw last night 24 Feb 2021. The lady taking the orders at the drive threw was so rude and had no people skills. while my husband was busy giving our order she stopped to help the people at the other window, when she came back to us we had to give the order again, my husband had to repeat the order thrice and still she didn't get it right. she started shouting at my husband and saying "why are you shouting at me Sir" as if he shouted at her. She had a bad attitude and when we requested her to call the manager she refused and said "Well I will not call my manager". I am so disgusted in McDonalds Promenades drive threw that I will not even recommend anyone to purchase food there.
