No Patty in MacDonald's Burger

Took my kids to Macdonalds in Benoni drive through, ordered my food, received my food, checked the bags to make sure all burgers, chips and toys are there. Get home and give my son his happy meal and there's no PATTY in his cheese burger.... SO DISAPPOINTING I did not know we had to open each burger to make sure it had everything in it
