No patty and sour bread/cheese on burger?
I bought a cajen (large) meal at McDonald's rosettenville for lunch. As I took a bite I realized that not only was there no patty, but the bread or cheese was sour ?. Worst meal ever! Not only am I angry but hungry too!

Received a call from them and will be given a fresh and complete meal.
The reason behind the incident was that the trainee rushed the process.
The only reason I'm posting this update is because of the great customer service received from Thembeka. She was genuinely apologetic and just super nice. ??
