No Patties on Burgers

We bought R360 worth of food from McDonald's Kolonnade which included 4 x 2 Cheeseburger Meals and 1 of the meals which is 2 burgers had no patties on. We paid for 2 slices 9f cheese and buns... No meat!!!! Not acceptable!!!
