No Milk at Jabulani McDonald for breakfast..REALLY

Im writing this because this isnt the 4th or 5th time experiencing bad quality service from McDonald Jabulani Mall in Soweto but this was the worst of them all. This morning my 4 nieces that have visited me for the holidays requested me to take them to McDonald for an awesome McDonald breakfast experience which they are used to experiencing in the northern suburbs. When we got to McDonald and ordered 4 breakfast meals and coffees, I was told that there is no milk and they are waiting for Checkers to open at 9am in order for them to purchase the milk..NOW REALLY,,part of BREAKFAST IS HAVING MILK. i was told that they can serve me black coffee, OK REALLY, im with an age group 7, 9,12 and a 10yr old who dont drink black coffee and I was expected to just understand that theres no milk, I have never had that sort of experience in any other branch outside of soweto as this isnt normal, Im not sure who to blame but this is unacceptable. when the shop closed last night why was this matter not addressed. This branch always has issues with insufficient stock and this can not be accepted anymore....UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
