No Mic and no service, no food

Went to MCdonald's Athlone drive thru and first the order point was not working, no notice whatsoever. After waiting for 3 minutes went to pay window. Lady there was not interested in me, did not ask me what my order was. I asked her why the Mic was not working, she said it is not her problem and I asked to speak to her manager. Siqonqwane came, did not apologise for the poor service and looked equally disinterested and did not even ask if I wanted to order. When I asked him why service was poor, he said they is not to blame. I left without ordering anything because I was not asked to order or even apologised to for poor service. Really shocking and inexcusable.
