No meat burger!

<p>My mom and I went to the McDonald's drive thru and waited so long in the line for our order to be delivered that we were asked to park our car and that our food would be brought to us. To our dismay, we arrived home and the Big Mac burger I ordered had no patties in it!! Not even one patty instead of the required two. We were bitterly disappointed, especially after already having had to park and wait for our order. Very very disappointing service. What is the point of a drive thru if they cannot meet customer demand?</p>
