No McFlurry tonight

McDonalds Hatfield Pretorius street has the worse customer service in the world! I've had bad experiences before at this branch, but tonight you lost my business for good. I waited 20 minutes for two McFlurrys, at which point the machine broke down. Two other McFlurrys were on the side melting away, not being sold to anyone. In the meantime people jumped the line, trying to get refunds. The manager was completely inept, not understanding McDonalds own receipts. This just added to everyone's frustration. I had to wait even longer just to get my money back and leave empty handed. If this is your business model going forward, don't be surprised if you end up getting liquidated country wide soon.
