NO MAINTENACE CAUSING INJURY TO 2 YEAR OLD BOY'S HEAD (BIG BUMP ON THE HEAD)

Poor Service AND MAINTENANCE!

I was there tonight, went inside to place my order. Used the screens, places my order, paid. No slip, no order number nothing. Went to the front asked the lady about it, told her I only saw 39 (order number was 3439 by the way) sat there a while no feedback, she didn't tell us what our order number was nothing. Had to keep waiting for a number maybe related to 39 to be called. Went to the front again after a while. No they will call us. Eventually called is because the order was finished. Which was NOT the case, came there incomplete, still have to wait for the coldrinks and shake. Didn't check the order because they try to get rid of you so fast to serve the next order. Went outside having my 2year old son in my arms, totally dark outside, steped down from the side, just to find myself and my son on the floor, there is a brick missing NO MAINTENANCE are being done clearly, NO WARNING SIGNS NOTHING!My ankle got hurt in the process and my son hit his head on the pavement due to this lack of maintenance. Got home, just to find there are items missing

Mr P M must SURELY give me answers regarding this matter !!!!IT IS TOTALLY PATHETIC!!!!What if my son's head was injuried worse than just the bump???????WHAT THEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you want to tell me your offices are just down the road and you have NO IDEA of what is going on at your business!!!!!Pathetic!!!!
