No lettuce or sauce...

I have noticed that Brackenfell McDonalds have been bad. We went there today and ordered a burger but they didn't have the hot sauce for it. Then they mentioned they also don't have lettuce. How does a flagship branch not have items like that. There is always a problem, ice-cream machines not working being on of them. But no sauce and lettuce is unacceptable.
