No Ketchup!!!

i am sorry i cannot refer to any date as this happend around maybe 6 months ago and i only have the time to do this complaint now. Crown mines Mcdonalds was completely out of ketchup that is probably one of the most important ingredients in there food and they were still doing business. I asked if they were able to replace the ketch up with mayo for me and they refused point blank! yet on the burger they replaced the ketchup with braai source without even asking me when placing my order, Mcdonalds is a big franchise and this should never be done.
