No joy and no communication

So my wife and I went to McDonalds early this morning at 6 for something to eat and a cup of coffee.<br> <br> We got there at 6h10 and the door was still locked. I knocked and a couple of min later somebody opened the door and said we usually open at 6. Fine we went in and ordered breakfast and 2 cappuccinos. The lady behind the counter said the machine takes 7 min to warm up.<br> <br> Se we got our breakfast and after a while still no coffee. it became 30 and then 45 min and no response. We stood up and asked what was wrong and suddenly the machine was broken. How come it takes so long to inform us that there is a problem with your machine. Second of all the has-brown we had tasted dirty and oily. We could actually tell that the oil was old.<br> <br> This is unacceptable and will not be supporting them again. Not like we support them in the first place....it was just the only place that was open before work<br>
