No ice, ever

Every time I go to McDonalds Waterkloof if its drive thru or walk-in I never receive ice with my cold drink. I always have to ask after I received it to please add ice. I have had excuses ranging from they don't have ice, to the ice machine is not working or that is works some times. The funny thing is when I complain about it, by some miracle they find ice.
