No Hustle

two weeks back I was at McD in Wynberg in Cape Town I Ordered a big mac- but my problem was that I forgot to tell the cashier not to put in the cheese in my order since I am lactose intolerant, my order came and when I was about to eat there was cheese and i couldn't remove it as it was already melted I went back in front to complain for the mistake I did but to my surprise the manager/ supervisor was gladly to replace me with another burger without any hustles.
