No fries

On Wednesday the 4th of May 2016 at 17:42, I phoned to place an order for delivery. I was told that they don't have any fries, and will only have after 21h00. I then phoned the uitenhage branch directly and asked for the manager, I was told that the manager is out, and should phone back in 5 min. The lady said that the manager might be able to accommodate me. Before I could phone back, my order of only burgers had been delivered. I spoke to the manager who said that the truck had broken down. I think it's poor service, cos they knew that they were going to run out of fries, before it happened. They should have made another plan. A burger without fries is like a pizza without cheese! On a previous occasion, I went there at 02h00 in the morning and asked for a milkshake, only to be told " no dessert after 12. Is that common practice?
