No food sent and still no refund!

Terrible service, I ordered food on Macdonalds delivery yesterday and my oder never came. The order was placed at 3 and after 4 failed calls to the call center I'm still waiting for a refund. On the app it showed delivered. What lies .... This is very disappointing to pay for a meal and spend so much air time trying to get answers as to where my delivery is and all to have nothing. No help, no response and no food. No explanation no nothing.... Contact me.....
