No food received

On Saturday the 3rd of September I ordered a meal on the Mcdelivery app and my food has not arrived after I paid for it, I also logged a complaint on the website nothing came of it, it is an utter disgrace to have to pay for services that you do not receive I am extremely disgusted I even called the stores and no one answered my call, the poorest service I have experienced
