No food nor refund!!

I placed an order on the 20th of November 2025 at 19:30 that night and by 9 I still haven't received my order i went to Macdonalds Columbine the next day and they said they can't help me, today is the 26th November 2025 and I still haven't received my food nor an refund,what's even worse is that the Uber driver blocked me and when I called from a different number a lady picked up and said she doesn't work for Uber eats this is ridiculous.
