No feedback regarding damage to my car

On August 26th 2023, while waiting at the first window at the McDonalds drive-thru after placing my order and paying, what seems to have been a pole fell from the top section of the building falling onto my car. No extreme damage but it had left scratches and deep s****s. The manager on duty took my details got back to me and lodged all relevant information needed which I provided...a few days short of 3 months I still haven't heard from McDonald's just off Beyers Naude on what they will be doing about the scratches and s****s on my fairly new car.
