No feedback on double debit

On the 5th of August my order went through twice on my card - the transactions happened about 45 mins apart. I have been trying to get an answer from their "customer care" but nothing has come of it. The one transaction is still pending meaning the money is taken off my account but it does not seem like any effort is being made to sort it out... I find it rather suspicious considering the time between the transactions and will definitely NOT be ordering from McDonalds again!
