No delivery with a very bad attitude.

Their staff are rude and not trained on how to answer the phone and speak to clients over the phone. They make their staff shortage our problem. How can they ask me as a client on what are they suppose to do if they are short staff? I am not their manager nor their HR.<br> <br> How do they expect me to come and buy 35 meals and carry them myself while they have a delivery facility? Then they should cancel the delivery option for us to stop placing orders.
