No delivery when food was ordered

I am very disappointed when i ordered McDonalds this morning at 11:44AM and recieved a email stating in transit at 12:11 PM. I waited for more than an hour outside just to see the status on the app was updated to delivered. My Order number is ***. It just taught me as a springs resident ill rather drive to Boksburg to support MC Donalds there and never in springs again.
