No Delivery received after payment and ETA

I chose MCDELIVERY to deliver my mcdonalds order. Order placed 18:46. ETA 19:15pm. Called hour later because the tracking online is offline. I spoke to a lady who said they have technical difficulties but will call me back after rebooting. Calls back to confirm the order is ready but NO MCDELIVERY DRIVERS. I called again another 5 times..the phone just rang and rang. I give it 5min and the same lady answers only to tell me they are waiting on a driver and cant confirm a time..as she stated I DONT KNOW???. The order never arrived!!!
