No Delivery or communication

I placed an online order at 7am on 31/01/2018, it is now 08 45am and still no communication or delivery from the store, the order was accepted by the store but nothing yet has arrived. This is unacceptable if they have issues the least i would expect is a call to say they issues delivering not just leave a client hanging.
