No Delivery on service

I called the Macdelivery service in the morning around 10:15 and placed orders for 2 cups of Macflurrys and 2 cups of Mudpies waited till 11:30 am with no delivery or feedback and I was told by the manager friswel mabasa that they have a problem it might be sorted out around 13:30 or so but he will call me to advise on the progress<br> now at 15:20 pm I called again (3rd time now) and still got the answer that they have a problem<br> I waisted my airtime 3 times and still got no assistance of what I ordered why doesn't the store inform the call centre not to take orders if they have such issues
