No delivery in the Rosslyn area

We order food for delivery for our workers on a frequent basis, so we did the same tonight. After holding on for 11 minutes with the call centre our order get confirmed for delivery. Half an hour later the restaurant calls to tell me that they can't deliver in our area. I must drive to a location where they will meet me and then I can pay and take my order. This is totally RIDICULOUS!
