No delivery from McDonald's Brackenfell

I purchased an extra large chips with a medium jalapeño meal last week Thursday, 24 October at 18H47, which the delivery time given19H30. At 20H00 I called to confirm if they received my order and was put on hold until my airtime ran out. A full hour went by and still no call from the McDonald's Brackenfell. I called again and they said that deliveries were running late. I stayed up until past 11 and no delivery was made, no call again from the McDonald's either. A week has passed and I received an sms stating that the issue was resolved and the complaint has been closed. How can this be if I never received an order nor a refund. I am deeply unsatisfied with this.
