no delivery due to adress not on your system

I called to have a delivery and the call centre person couldn't find my adress and I stay close to the fourways McDonald's. My complex and street are there on Google maps and I don't know what system you use. I have ordered from nandos and dominos without a problem, I couldn't leave the house due to caring for a sick child. I was so disgusted with your call centre's attitude that she refused to let me order.
