No delivery because of R60 that I wasn't informed about

I made an order at McDOnalds pinetown on the 27th of September so that they deliver party meals for 17 children including a cake for the 28th. Came today the 28th no delivery was made at the pre-school. A delivery that was meant to be made at 9am. When I got there to find out only to be told that they weren't going to deliver because my order was R60 shot apparently the manager calculated wrongly. Regardless of their wrong calculations the store manager didn't make an effort to make contact and inform me as to why they weren't going to deliver only to hear from the school at 11am that no delivery was made. When I.asked Nosipho the manager in charge she told me that she forgot to call until it was 12 mid day. Only after I got there and paid the R60 the delivery left the store to be delivered at the school after the children were about to leave to go home. I'm highly disappointed in their service
