No delivery arrived

I ordered online for mcdonalds delivery in South Africa and waited 4.5hrs before i went to the closest branch to my house. They had no record of my delivery, i then ordered it over the counter and to find out when i got home the jalapeño nugget sauce was not present. I mean this was me surprising my wife on valentines day with a good lunch, her favorite. Yet she had to have it for dinner without the jalapeño sauce. The first time i ordered online i asked for 8 sachets of ketchup but only got 3. I am so disgusted! But yet it is my wife’s favorite takeaway. I wonder what will be done about this!!! I reside in benoni south africa. The closest branch is benoni cbd branch. Mcdonalds delivery za website does not have a function to choose the store i want to order from so i assumed it would come from the closest store to the delivery address. But nooooo delivery arrived at all. And the cheek of them to actually send me an email saying it was in transit and when i check tracking status it says delivered. Yet no delivery arrived!!!
