No Delivery after 2 1/2 hours

I placed an order at 11h29 and its 14h22 and still haven't received anything. <br> they have this Delivery service which is useless. placed an online order. put the address as it prompts and instead of querying my address when they in the Vicinity they marked the ordered as received. <br> this is totally unacceptable.<br> *** was not delivered at all<br> it took 10 mins for the call centre to answer the call and than all I hear is excuses.<br> McDonalds should have never went into delivering people's orders as the food is ice cold when you get it anyway<br> <br> the manager from The Rosebank branch called me and while I was still talking to her, she cut my call.<br> I'm at work and was ordering for my kids at home. <br> to place a order at 11h29 and its almost 14h22 now. this is a shame and totally unacceptable <br> <br> <br>
