No delivery!!

No greetings deserved, "order received" with no delivery and I have all the screenshots with the driver. He got in the estate with the code I sent him: please note the unit number was stated but claimed to be lost and went away with a mail costing R370 @ubereats this is not the first time of a poor service, astonishing he said he doesn't know his numbers by heart, even after I gave him my number he didn't attempt to call me..I want my money back!!
