No Delivery

I am very disappointed with Mc Donalds delivery. I will never use this service again. Friday night I ordered Mc D on the app. Order 28/07/2023 @ 19h11 So after an hour, there was still no food. So my 3 kids are getting upset as they are hungry. There is no number on the app where you can contact anyone to ask what is going on with the order. The phone number on google for Mc Donnalds Brackenfell just says sorry the number you have dialed does exist. I had to go into Mc Donnalds on Saturday to ask them why the food wasn't delivered, My money wasn't even refunded The lady at Mc D Brackenfell phoned Mr Delivery to ask about the refund ? Really, so you don't deliver the food and you dont refund the money ?? If I didn't go to Mc D, my money would of never been refunded I got an email 3 hours after I went to Mc D that the order was cancelled. This is really unacceptable, Never in my life will I use this service again. It certainly isn't reliable
