No delivery

I called McDonald's delivery to place an order, i was told that my order will arrive within 45 minutes to an hour, i waited and decided to call the back after 1H30 minutes, i was transferred to McDonald's craighall where my order was coming from, both the manager and a staff member hung up on me after they put me on hold "trying to contact the delivery guy"...their Service is very poor after waiting for over 2 Hours for my food and they didn't even bother to apologize.
