no delivery

my friend and I bought a meal on Friday 28 august 2015 including icecream and when they deliver they did not deliver ice creams and we immediately called them and told them and they told us that they will deliver before the end of the day.but the y did not deliver and we called them again and that's when they said they will deliver on Monday ,to my surprise even on Monday they did not deliver so on Tuesday I called they said they will deliver and we wited the whole day ,the bad thing thing about this is that we paid for the full meal including the ice creams but we did not receive them till today 2015 September 03
