No delivary

I am really surprised at this service. I placed an order for my family at 20:38. The delivery guy came but came to the wrong address. He/she tried to call but I missed the call. I tried to call back and there was no answer. I then called the delivery number 4 times and they all promised that they would sort out my order. It is now 2 hours and my family is still hungry. I have tried to call McDonald's Douglasdale but there is no answer. Surely I don't think that this kind of service is acceptable. The least the call center guys could have done was to process a new order for me or at least try to call me back. Now the number won't even go through.
