NO DELI VERY - JEAN CROSSING CENTURION

<p>I phoned and placed the order at 08h56 and it is now 11h10. Thokaza took my order. He said the order will take between 30 and 40 minutes to deliver. He didnt save my correct work number after I asked him to change it. I asked for a order number and he said he will sms it to me which I'm still waiting for two hours later. A lady phoned me at 09h13 to tell me there is only two drivers. I spesifically asked how much longer and she said about 15 minutes otherwise she will phone again. She never phoned back. So I phone to be put on hold for 13 minutes. I put the phone down and phoned again. Now on the phone again for 40 minutes with Sibongile. She cant get hold of McDonalds at Jean Crossing. Almost 2 hours and they cant give me an answer as to when or how long it will take. She tells me our order should have been delivered at 10h11 which is not correct if it takes 30 to 40 minutes.</p> <p>The guy (Peter) showed up at 11h00. TWO HOURS LATER!!!</p> <p>COLD food, COLD Hot Chocolate!</p> <p>NO CHEESE ON MY SAUSAGE MC****IN??????</p> <p>I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR THE ORDER DELIVERED AGAIN TOMORROW FOR FREE!!!!</p> <p> </p>
