No customer services

Today I order a meal over the phone. Missed the call when it was being delivered. Went to McDonald's in the mall. Asked one of the staff she then had attitude when I asked her about my order. All the other staff at the front desk where talking in a different laughing but I'm pretty sure they where talking about me. Ontop of all the staff at the front desk had attitude which I didnt like. And I'd appreciate it if something could be done with your stores I'll mannered staff.
