no customer service or even ability to get there orders corect

I have neva had such a bad experience in my life and then moor then once we went to go buy our meal buy there shop in cape gate and we order two happy meals for the kids as well as 7 chilly cheese burgers meals and 6 extra chilly cheese sauce. the kids neva got there juices and there toy's the 6 extra chilly cheese sauce was not closed properly and was squeezed in to each other so cant use it . the cokes had absolutely no gas what so ever. as well as we got a small folded dirty tissue by our burgers. as well as the staff was very rude and un polite. so i phoned and spoke to the management and he did offer two new happy meals and 6 new sauce and replaced two of the chilly cheese meals. when we went to fetch this replacement we decided to but meals so that everyone can eat take out again and this was for my birthday as our meal as well and what happens we order a happy meal extra two big mac meals and 7 chilly cheese burger meals . and what do we get the happy meal , the two big mac meals and what happens to our other 7 meals you wonder they only give us the 7 chilly cheese burgers not the double or the meal i asked for nooooo why give the customer what she asks for let me as the rude once again staff decide you may only have a chilly cheese burger .
