No customer service, need more training

Worst service ever! I ordered a Caramel Sundae at McDonald's in Cape Road like I normally do on a Sunday evening. Tonight was the worst service ever. I paid R19.90 for the sundae but it was more like an ice cream in a cup. You guys don't even deserve a star, but I have to give one to be able to publish the review. I don't know if they have trainees working there tonight or what but they don't know what they are doing. There were barely any caramel in my sundae it was more of an ice cream. I went back to ask them to add more and I was told that this is all they can put on and that they have added extra to the center. They need more training. You don't get what you pay for at all....Ha! Turns out that it was only ice cream.... they have no customer service. They could have just added more caramel and kept a customer, but trust me I will not go back there. The person that helped me was ID 152 JACK A. I am very unhappy. Something has to be done about this.
