No customer service

Am not sure if McDonald's Norkem Park replaced their friendly & efficient with rude, inefficient & slow ones. I took my 2 kids there. I ordered happy meal for my youngest. I had to complain that the food was taking long when the restaurant wasn't full. They delivered our meals. The happy meal had no you & nothing was said to us. I then sent my eldest to ask for the toy he was told that they are finished. Minutes later another family got delivery which included a toy. We bought a muck flerry ice cream. Again it took long to get it. I went to enquire. This rude *** told me it ain't long I had waited. I told him 15mins is a long time to wait for a single ice cream. He then slammed the ice cream on the counter & went away. Can McDonald's please bring back their old staff members & get rid of these rude ones. My previous review was a positive one because I had a very good customer experience. Now it's a nightmare
