no customer service!

After receivonhmy order at 18:00 pm I notified the delivery man that it was incpmplete, he promised to come right back with the missing item. Hour advised me to call the cal, centre and notify them. Of the problem..two hours later , over 5. Calls to the call centre and nothing ,I was promised a call back , I'm still waiting ..pathetic customer service, no use setting up a delivery service with such hopeless.service.that's thrlast time I support Mcdonalds , very quick. To take my money , but no urgency in custo,er satisfaction..I hope Mcdonalds u know what useless representives your compqny has and what a bad reflection they giving your company.
