No Consideration for Customers

Good Day, I went to the McDonalds in Pietermaritzburg yesterday and after nearly 15 - 20 minutes of waiting in the drive through, we get to window only to be told there is no ice-cream , why could the staff have not put up a sign at the entrance of the drive with a list if what they don't have. This is not the first time it has happened to me or people that I know.

This is absolutely unacceptable , when going to Mcdonalds , instead of the cashier asking what is your order , we should ask DO YOU HAVE. Please can there be a system put into to place to avoid this , or Mcdonlads is going to loose a lot of customers.
