No cold drink but was CHARGED and no refund

What place don’t have soft drinks. Today I was treated like **** at MC Donalds Roodepoort. They dont have soft drinks but comes to ordering they charge you for that soft drink when i raised my opinion and asked nicely why was i charged for something i did not get i was yelled at and her hands was in the air. This is not customer service i felt attacked by the way she talked to me. I asked again in a nice calm voice again and she walked away!!!!!!! Not the first time
