No coffee in a mug for you

Dear McDonalds

We went to your Brackenfell branch on Wednesday last week.

We ordered our food and drinks for eat-in purposes.

I ordered a cafe latte and told the cashier they must make the coffee in the mug because I am going to eat there.

Sadly, they didn't do it. When I went to inquire about it, they just responded with they don't usually do it.

However, later during the evening someone else had their coffee served in a mug...

Not sure why, but this was really strange.
