No clue of product being sold

I had to shout my order more than thrice into the speaker this morning around past 7am. Even when I pulled up to the window the teller didn't know and said she couldn't hear me because of the machine making a noise in her background. My passenger heard me just fine.She asked me to move to the receiving widow. Neither the manager nor the staff knew that you selling flap jacks nor did they know what a flap jack was??? Totally unacceptable and poor service delivery. Put a cashier whose first language is English. It's in Ottery, not in a black township. More importantly teach your staff what products you are selling especially the manager, good gracious!!!
