No clue about coffee and latte - rather stop making it.

I realize that posting here is just as much of a waste of time as it is to buy coffee or latte at McDonald's Cape Road in Port Elizabeth (cnr of Cape Road and Penny Street), but maybe I will prevent another person from being as disappointed as I have been the past few weeks.

I never thought that ordering black coffee and actually getting black coffee would be so difficult. It has happened so many times and normally I just throw it out, as I do not drink milk in my coffee. I make sure that the lady at the first window knows that I want black coffee. When I collect it, I make sure again by asking that lady "are you sure it is black?" And they always say yes, it is black (with an irritated attitude). And 7 out of 10 times, they add milk. FRUSTRATING.

I eventually went back about a week and a half ago, to show the "Manager" and to kindly request her to make sure that her staff are aware of how to do the orders correctly.

I love the hazelnut latte's they make, but usually I have to warm it up when I get to work (across the road from Mcd). I did not complain, because it really is not worth wasting my breath.

Well, this afternoon I asked for a Latte with Hazelnut syrup. What did I get? Freaking milk with Hazelnut syrup. ***...

So, McDonald's... keep your food and drink. I am not wasting time and energy on you anymore. Yes, I'm one person, you won't miss me. But maybe someone else will also realize that this pathetic is just not worth it. Cheers!
